Legal Notice

All notices from The Nose T™ to you may be posted on our website and will be deemed delivered thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from you to The Nose T™ shall be made either by regular mail sent to the address we provide on our website or by first-class mail to our address at: The Nose T™, 811 Jefferson St., Suite 35, Latrobe, PA 15650.
Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by you to The Nose T™ five (5) days after the date sent.

The Nose T™ Disclaimer

The Nose T™ is marketed as a wellness device intended to assist with the management of many common anterior nosebleeds, which are nosebleeds that typically originate from the front part of the nose. The Nose T™ is not designed, intended, or guaranteed to stop posterior nosebleeds, which originate deeper in the nasal cavity and may require immediate medical evaluation and treatment.

Do not use The Nose T™ on children without adult supervision. The Nose T™ is not recommended for children under 6 years of age.

Testing, product evaluations, and user feedback involving The Nose T™ have shown that many individuals have experienced nosebleeds stopping quickly while using the product. However, individual results may vary, and no guarantee is made that The Nose T™ will stop every nosebleed, work in every situation, or produce the same results for every user.

The Nose T™ should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Nose T™ is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition unless and until such claims are supported by applicable regulatory clearance, approval, or authorization.

Seek immediate medical attention if the nosebleed is severe, heavy, caused by trauma or injury, occurs after surgery, involves a child or medically fragile individual, is accompanied by dizziness, weakness, difficulty breathing, chest pain, or other concerning symptoms, or if bleeding does not stop within a reasonable amount of time.

If a nosebleed does not stop, continues to worsen, or you are unsure whether the bleeding may be posterior or medically serious, discontinue use and contact a qualified medical professional or emergency medical services.

Shipping and Delivery

At this time, The Nose T™ ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, The Nose T™ ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
